Right out of the box I put this baby to the test. It does what it says it can do and more. I ran it for an hour straight with no problems. Let it cool down a bit (but did no need it). I was a bit scared when it hit a dime glued to my junk mail. It kept on going .

I bought this to replace another shredder that bit the dust long ago. I had been putting all of the items I eventually wanted to shred into a lawn & garden trash bag. I checked the reviews and finally settled on this one. There are so many things that I like about this shredder.
My old shredder was a very small strip shredder without wheels. This one is larger, has wheels for easy mobility, and also seems more secure due to the micro-cut shredding. I can shred junk mail without even opening each envelope. I haven’t had a single problem with the unit overheating or getting stuck from too much material input into the opening. It’s been a very smooth process. I finally also got around to shredding decades of old bank and credit cards. I feel so good about this. I highly recommend this shredder
